PMCP

The Project Management Certificate Program was developed with experienced project managers in their field for The University of Texas at Austin. My creative director and I threw all of our multimedia knowledge and experience behind this course to teach learners project management skills, methodology, and processes. We created a simulated project that would put their new skills to use and a timed quiz that would test their knowledge. One of the biggest assets of the project were multiple roundtable discussion videos with project managers from different backgrounds.

My roles

My creative input in this project was vast, so I’ll do my best to summarize everything I did! I designed an interface from wireframes given to me by my creative director, designed icons, established a look and feel, and created imagery for many of the module pages. All of the video was color corrected and edited by me with a little help from my creative director. I created a graph style, and many of the illustrations used throughout the course. I designed the layout of the dashboard, module page layouts, and the gamification portion of the course alongside my creative director. Later, I had the pleasure of designing and implementing the glossary for the whole course.

Demo video

Below is a video I cut together of all the star pieces featured in the course. I did all of the animation and asset preparation as well.
